Introduction
CSRAYZER'S FOG Coil is the core sensitive component of Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG). The quality of winding process directly determines the accuracy of FOG. With strong R&D capability and our own designed high performance Fiber Coil Winding Machine ZKRZ-RHJ4.0, we provide the design of the winding frame, Customized Fiber Coil, and also the fiber coil winding process service, according to customer’s specific requirements.
Our Fiber Gyro Foil has the characteristics of low Shupe error, low thermal stress and high anti-vibration ability. The precision of the Fiber Coil made into the FOG has reached accuracy less than 0.005°/h. They have been widely used in the fields of Fiber Optic Gyroscope, fiber Optic Hydrophone, radar and fiber optic currency transformer, with an annual production capability of 8000pcs.
